NationalMaj Gen Sserunkuma Demands Cross-District Alliance to Defeat Cattle Thieves in Karamoja
The Commander of the 3 Infantry Division, Maj Gen Wilberforce Sserunkuma, has launched a joint security alliance between Kotido and Kaabong districts to halt cross-border cattle rustling. Backed by RDCs, ASTU Commandant ACP Francis Chemusto, and local leaders, the military directive establishes grassroots intelligence sharing networks to enforce presidential peace guidelines across Karamoja.
